Tips & Tricks Using Apple Quicktime Movies
It may be that even when using the slow motion movie files you've downloaded you still find following the tune a bit of a struggle.
Even though the videos open in iTunes by default you can still open them useing the Quicktime Player.
The Quicktime Player has a neat little controller that will allow you to slow down the video track even more. You will find this contoller under the 'WINDOW' menu.
By adjusting the 'Playback Speed' slider you can slow the video right down without altering the pitch of the music.
Sound quality will start to suffer, but at least it will give you the chance to learn those 'trickier' passages before returning to normal speed.
